Established in November 2013, we have been thriving in the aluminium extrusion industry in Indonesia for over a decade. Over this period, we have continuously improved, which has positioned us where we are today. With only two extrusion machines in the beginning, we were able to expand up to 22 extrusion machines ready to produce anytime.
Our main factory is located in Pasuruan, East Java. We produce high-quality aluminium profiles that can meet your business requirements, ranging from simple to complex designs. Our products include shopfront casements, windows, door casements, and profiles for both commodity and industrial applications. Additionally, we supply several types of ingots, such as A380, ADC12, and Hd2. We will now guide you through the step-by-step process of how we produce our goods from scratch.

The process of making our products starts here. Our raw aluminium scraps are melted in this furnace, with a burning temperature as high as 750°C inside. The alloy series used includes 6063, 6062, and 6005. These raw materials are melted and cast in our 10-meter-deep pool. Once they are cast in the pool, the hot aluminium liquid will solidify instantly, forming what is known as a “billet.” The billet will then be taken out of the pool, and we can progress to the next stage. We have three units of smelting furnaces ready for production.
The next stage is to extrude the billet into the desired aluminium profile. Our company has a total of 22 extrusion machine lines spread across 4 units, with press sizes of 3.5”, 5”, and 7”. We can produce up to 3,000 tons of aluminium profiles per month, with a range of sizes from small to large profiles. Once the profile has been pressed, hardness level is still low, measuring between 3-7 Webster. To achieve the desired hardness for our customers, the profile needs to go through a process known as the “Aging Process,” which will then increases the hardness to 11-16 Webster, depending on the requirements.
We have come to the final stage of the manufacturing process, which is finishing. There are three types of finishing in our factory:anodizing, powder coating and woodgrain. The anodizing process at Inkasa Jaya Aluminium provides an excellent finish in anodized colors for aluminium extrusions and architectural components, both in aesthetics and durability. Anodizing offers better corrosion resistance properties, and the material retains its appearance for a longer period of time. Two colors are available for the anodizing finish: clear anodize (silver) and brown.
If you are looking for more color options for your profile, powder coating is the right choice. Powder coating is a sophisticated technique for adding protective and ornamental coatings to the surface of finished aluminium items. We provide a variety of colors, including black, glossy brown, arctic white, milky white, and cream. Other colors are available upon request.
We have reached the final stage of the manufacturing process, which is finishing. In our factory, there are three types of finishing: anodizing, powder coating, and woodgrain. The woodgrain process at Inkasa Jaya Aluminium produces an aesthetic and durable wood-like color for aluminum extrusions and architectural components. This finishing offers better corrosion resistance and maintains the appearance of the material for a longer period. The wood pattern produced, which features a mahogany design, has a texture that resembles real wood.
Once the profile has gone through the finishing process, it will be packed and sent to our warehouse, where it will wait for the delivery schedule. We have a well-established and modern warehouse to store our finished goods, equipped with a reliable barcode system for every stock profile.
Dies are an important aspect of aluminium extrusion; they are thick steel disks
with openings that resemble the desired extruded
profile. Every single extrusion
shape requires its own die and corresponding tooling. We have our own die makers
and all the
necessary equipment in our workshop to create the profiles you need.
Each die maker in our factory has been trained with the
necessary skills required in
this field.
